Who are FUHM students?
FUHM (Franciscan University Homeland Mission) students are undergraduates from Franciscan University who participate in a 4-week professional immersion program in Washington, D.C. They complete site visits, networking events, and professional development workshops across government, policy, nonprofit, and private sector organizations.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes. Mission-aligned nonprofits with budgets under $1M may qualify for up to 30% off. This is evaluated case-by-case during the application review. Government offices and congressional staffs may also qualify for reduced rates.
Can I upgrade my tier mid-year?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
How quickly can I start recruiting?
Once your application is approved and payment processed, your partnership is activated within 1-2 business days. You can immediately post jobs and (for Recruiting+ tiers) start browsing student profiles.
What if we only hire 1 person per year?
